This site on the Tussey Ridge is an excellent site to watch fall raptor migration.

17 species of diurnal raptors have been recorded here and the Tussey Mountain Hawk Watch just down the ridge.

When To Go:

This vantage point is best in the fall while the Tussey Mountain Hawk Watch provides and better view of the south and west which is better for the spring watch.

Getting There:

Vista is located off of Rt. 26 on the top of Tussey Ridge just south of Pine Grove Mills. There is a large parking area at the top which is where the best viewing is from.
